I was just thinking that I generally help with technical problems if I see them - but that means going into general discussion and off-topic regularly, and there's a good chance of missing them altogether.

I think it'd be more use if there was a central location for that kind of thing - NWN problems, connection problems, even new computer part advice and that kind of thing, like a forum under the suggestions and problems section specifically for it. More people checking tech support questions easier should mean more people get better help.

I even helped Snowy once! Snowy! With something to do with NWN! That's going to be written on my gravestone.
