A cross faction event is currently going on. Details are in the various Faction forums. I encourage you to get other PC's involved. 
If anyone runs in to a problem, or thinks there is a problem with finding the Caches, let me know in a PM over the forums. I do know the system is working, but the toolset is finicky.

Sheesh.
You people are busy beavers.
Circa 24 hours and all the Caches have been found.
Any groups that have a cache, please check your files and discuss what you would like to do with them. It's best that all proposals get written up in about the next day or two. Remember, this includes trading them to other groups for favours and stuff.
